Your immediate attention is necessary to gain support of the next phase in the ATRA Recreational Therapy Medicare Project.

1. September 22, 2006 a Senate ?sign on? letter was distributed by Senator Specter (R-PA) and Senator Bingaman (D-NM) to every Senator?s office. The letter in distribution is attached for your reference. Senator Specter?s and Senator Bingaman?s staff will be collecting signatures until November 15, 2006.

2. Please personalize the ATRA letter prepared for you to send to your Senator requesting his/her support in co-signing the Senate letter to CMS. (fill in the XXX in the letter).

3. Fax or emailing (Faxing is preferred) your letter addressed to the Senator at the general Senate office fax number or email address.

4. After faxing or emailing the letter to the Senator, please email a copy of your contact to :
